Depending on the severity of the issue, Shepherd can alert you in a number of ways:
- Level 1: no response required. These alerts are for notification only.
- Levels 2 to 5: You will receive a message via multiple modes (email, SMS, mobile phone, land line) depending on the severity level (see table above). You will be provided four response options:
- Select the appropriate option for the incident and take the necessary action to resolve, as required.
