As a new subscriber, you may not be receiving alerts. This could be for a couple of reasons:
- We may still be in the process of determining which sensors are best suited to predictive maintenance, for your system. We will continue to communicate with you whilst we deal with this
- The 'machine learning' part of our service is still learning 'what normal looks like'. Learning anything in life takes time - it's the same with Shepherd. For more information on how we use machine learning, click here.
- Everything is good! Shepherd is ticking away in the background, keeping an eye on your system. Nothing has been picked up as a potential issue, so you haven't received any alerts.
- Check that Shepherd has your up-to-date contact details. Incorrect contact details could mean that Shepherd is calling, but nothing is being heard! More information on how to do this is available here.
